This campground was very clean and well maintained. Swimming pool and spa were both clean (and a 2nd indoor spa was a nice touch). Grounds (including nice palm trees near pool) were well landscaped. Convenient to Reliant Stadium for us. Relaxation center had popcorn, use of computer, printer and nice view of a man-made lake. "Community grills" were clean and very convenient. My only negative is I thought the daily rate for "water view" was a bit high.

Good marks overall. Spaces were not cramped at all and there was a nice table at each space. The spaces all looked level and the landscaping was a nice touch. Clubhouse had tv, puzzles, books and a pool table. Restrooms and showers were very clean. The trolley passes every hour (but only operates from 10am to 4pm). Park is conveniently located to marina and the beach is only about 1/2 mile away. The pool was nice (but the SPA was inoperable while we were there!) Park manager was extremely friendly and very helpful in pointing out the "local attractions". (I had a chance to look at 3 other RV parks in the area and this site definitely had more ample space for each RV) Would give higher marks, but thought that rate was a bit high...but then again, summer rates at the coast are usually not a bargain. ---Would stay again.

The sites were average size, however, we had to backup within 3 feet of another RV because they were a few feet into our "designated" space. The site did have a nice picnic table (and "community" grills were available to use). The bathrooms and showers were clean. Our grandaughter thoroughly enjoyed the clean pool (and the 4-5 person spa was also clean). Their "clubhouse" had ping-pong table and other games available. They had "karoake night" on Saturday in the clubhouse. Used WI-FI all weekend with no problems. We were parked somewhat close to the bay and the view was nice (though not all spots have a good view of the bay). They have a small pier which is nice to have. The breeze in this resort made it a nice stay (compared to what we saw in Corpus, this is a great alternative). Overall, we give this resort good marks.

Close proximity to the "strip" in Branson. The sites were a good size (but many like mine were uneven). Restrooms and showers were very clean. Laundromat was also clean. We enjoyed the spa (but a bit disappointed that pool was closed). Granddaughter enjoyed the swings and playground. Staff was extremely friendly. I would give this park a higher rating, but thought the price (for 4 adults) was a bit high.
